The Lotus Notes preloader is only valid for the full client.

If not, to make the change manually:
1. Go to a Command Prompt

2. Type Regedit

3. Find the following: Local Machine\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version\Run

4. Add a new 'String Value'
Value name: PreloaderNotes
Value Data: c:\Lotus program location\nntspreld.exe
Note: Lotus program location is where you currently have Lotus Notes installed on your machine.
