Blackberry: "Attachment Server is busy"

Problem: The User get's this warning message on the handheld when he tries to open an attachment in the Mail

You can Search http://www.blackberry.com/support for some reasons for this and a solution.


On our BES this don't solve the issue.
We had this Problem after upgrading to BES 4.1.6 (Service PAck 6)


Final Solution
The DLL bbattachengine.dll was not correctly working (located in the BES Software directory)

The reinstallation of the service pack also result in an error when the software wants to register this DLL

We replaced the DLL with the previous 4.15 version and register it manually with regsvr32
