You can Search http://www.blackberry.com/support for some reasons for this and a solution.
The most reasonable Solution:
The Mailbox quota is reached on the lotus domino server. Raise the quota with the domino administrator client the problem is solved
Tip:
For better monitoring of this issue create an event handler in the events4.nsf database (Monitoring Configuration) on the domino server.
This Event Handler should watch the text "database would exceed its disk quota" in the log.nsf

You can mail the warning to the blackberry server or lotus domino admins
